What is the Premium Plan?
The Premium Plan is a subscription that increases your LuckyGem earning rate and provides access to exclusive LuckyStore items.
What are the membership levels?
There are three tiers: Premium, Premium+, and PremiumUltra. Higher tiers offer increased LuckyGem earnings and access to additional exclusive items.
What benefits do I get?
- Increased LuckyGem earnings from wagering.
- Access to exclusive items in the LuckyStore.
- Benefits continue while your subscription is active.
How does billing work?
• When we bill: Once a month on the day you signed up (or last purchased/upgraded). If that day doesn’t exist (e.g., 31st), we bill on the month’s last day, then return to your original date.
• First charge & access: Charged immediately at purchase; access starts at once and your monthly cycle begins then.
• Plan changes: To switch plan levels, cancel and buy the new plan. We charge the full month now, benefits switch immediately, and your billing date resets to today. No proration.
• Cancellation: Immediate; no prorated refunds or fees. Rejoin anytime.
