Closing / Deleting your account

How do I close/delete my account?

In order to close your account, you will need to follow these steps:

• Contact us by sending an email to "close_my_account@realgaming.com" from the email address you registered with.

• Include your First and Last Name as well as your Username.

• We will contact you to confirm and then proceed to delete your account.

*This action cannot be undone and will prevent a future account from being opened under your name.

Please keep in mind this will fully delete your account and remove all personal information associated with your account. This action cannot be undone.
